- Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.
4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and season you have booked. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided during your booking process. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.

- Thita Studios promotes a relaxing and family-friendly environment. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from [15:00 to 17:30] and [23:00 to 07:00].

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and outdoor areas.
- Guests are liable for any damages caused to the room or property during their stay.
